Introductory course in sea kayaking, designed for all those people who want to learn to navigate in a sea kayak, in calm waters up to F3 on the Beaufort scale, always with a partner by their side. Ideal for having a first contact with sea kayaking in an idyllic setting such as Cap de Creus. We will learn the techniques to achieve an optimal shoveling, technical shovels to make maneuvers and we will learn to rescue an overturned colleague. To be a fully independent and prepared paddler, it is also recommended to take the level 2 course for beginners. Duration: 4 hours. No previous experience is required.
